EQUIPMENT, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is a US Marine
Corps Veteran of over six years active duty. A 'Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) Specialist,
Mike served with various Fleet Marine Force (FMF) units; including VFMA-451, and Battalion Landing
Teams 1/4 and 2/4, of the 4TH Marine Infantry Regiment. Over the last thirty years Mike has
served as a police officer, firefighter, emergency medical technician, hazmat specialist, MotorSports fire / rescue team member
(NASCAR & IRL), and rescue equipment instructor. Today, while still running the day-to-day
business operations, Mike volunteers his time teaching emergency personnel to safely respond to off-road emergencies
via ATVs and UTVs.

KENTUCKY Dept
of Agriculture's "Farm & Home Safety Training Program"
Kentucky's "Farm & Home Safety Training Program" is responsible
for conducting hundreds of ATV Safety & Rescue Training courses statewide every year.
DALE DOBSON, KDA Safety Coordinator, launched Kentucky's
'Farm & Home Safety Training Program' in 1996 to teach children in agricultural communities
how to remain safe on the farm. Annually the program also teaches hundreds of fire, rescue, law enforcement, and
emergency medical personnel how to handle accidents on the farm and other rural or wilderness environments. In 2004,
Dale added content to the program intended to raise safety awareness in young people engaged in riding
all terrain vehicles (ATVs) and off-road utility vehicles (UTVs) on the farm. Today, this program has expanded to
include training of emergency personnel in how to safely respond to accidents involving these vehicles in various
off highway settings. Dale's program reaches over two million people annually, and is nationally recognized as an authority
in this field.
